Is 4 to 6 weeks your quickest delivery time?
No, 4 to 6 weeks is our standard delivery time, our Course Tutors generally tend to deliver the course answers way before then. But, as some of our students require a faster turnaround time, we do offer Premium (3 to 4 weeks) and Urgent Delivery (1 to 2 weeks) options.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes we do offer refunds, but the refund is only available up and until the time your Course Tutor has not begun work. If they have begun work, we can offer a refund, but will have to deduct costs for time spent.
Are all answers unique, and have you passed other students?
Fortunately we have people on our team who have not only passed other students, but who also hold TEFL qualifications themselves. Our Course Tutors are dedicated, with experience in the English language, and also with classroom experience. We have seen consistent success and passes across our previous students.
How are the answers provided?
This process is fairly straightforward. The student provides their course documents and materials, the Course Tutor will then work through these, and once completed, email the course back to them. In any situation where anything goes wrong, and it sometimes does, the Course Tutor will be on hand to help, advise and also correct mistakes, ready for re-submission.
